At Narinart Armgallery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Conditions

- You may return an item within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must be in the same condition as received, without any damage.
- Please contact us in advance to arrange a return.

Return Process

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We will guide you through the next steps
4. Send the item to our address: Abovyan city, Garni 1, apt. 24

Refunds

- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the return is confirmed.
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original 
purchase.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we sent an incorrect 
item.

Exceptions

The following are not eligible for return:
- Damaged or altered items
- Claims submitted after the 14-day period has expired
