Serenade in Ivory - Hrachya Ohanyan

A whimsical ivory-toned sculpture carved from a single piece of linden wood, depicting a stylized reclining nude draped elegantly atop a miniature grand piano. Her flowing hair cascades over the piano's curved body, while a wide-brimmed hat adds a touch of playful glamour. Bronze-toned floral scrollwork accents the piano's edge, contrasting beautifully against the soft cream lacquer finish. Complete with delicate carved piano keys and tapered legs, the piece captures a scene of leisure, music, and quiet sensuality with remarkable craftsmanship. A charming, decorative statement piece blending sculpture and furniture-inspired form.
